I\'m Ramazan, a Dubai-based Personal Assistant with 9+ years of experience working directly with UHNWIs and their families — handling everything from international property portfolios and domestic staff to complex travel logistics and financial administration.
I thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm under pressure. Prioritising what matters, thinking a few steps ahead, and delivering before deadlines is just how I work. I\'ve planned a 2-month non-stop property tour across 10 European countries, independently managed a UAE Golden Visa application from paperwork to approval, and on one occasion successfully retrieved stolen funds in a foreign country — all while keeping other day-to-day responsibilities running smoothly.
Discretion is non-negotiable for me. I understand what\'s at stake when working closely with high-profile principals, and I treat confidentiality as a baseline, not a feature.
I\'m comfortable managing domestic staff — hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day oversight of teams up to 8 people — and I build good working relationships with household teams without losing authority.
I\'m also genuinely interested in technology. I actively use tools like Notion, Plaud Note, Google Workspace, and AI tools in my work, and I\'m always looking for ways to make processes faster and smarter.
Outside of work, I read regularly, write poetry in English, and stay active through sport — which I think reflects the same discipline and attention to detail I bring to my professional life.
