I am a warm, reliable and nurturing early years professional with 5+ years of experience working with young children in educational and childcare settings. I have extensive experience supporting children’s learning and development, daily routines, social-emotional development, positive behaviour, classroom management and individual needs. I currently work with a group of 18 children and am confident caring for multiple children while maintaining a calm, structured and engaging environment. I am patient, attentive, responsible and genuinely passionate about helping children feel safe, confident and supported. I have experience supporting children with additional needs and hold CPR/First Aid and Pyramid Model training. I am professional, adaptable and comfortable working closely with parents and other household professionals. I speak fluent English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi and would be delighted to bring my early years experience to a private family.
