My journey has taken me across many countries and cultures. I believe that cooking is not only about technique or presentation; it is about creating an atmosphere, making people feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. Hospitality is at the heart of the experience. I want guests to relax, enjoy themselves, and discover food through genuine flavor high quality ingredients, and a sense of generosity.
Today, I bring together more than three decades of experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, private households, international cuisine, restaurant development, consultancy, and bespoke events. I am currently based in Italy and available for new opportunities. I am open to relocate for the right position and would be particularly interested in working with a private family, UHNW household, luxury estate, exclusive hospitality environment, or a company looking for an experienced chef who can bring both strong culinary roots and extensive international experience.
At the heart of my cooking, however, the philosophy remains simple: Gualtiero Marchesi used to say “Simplicity is the hardest form to achieve” I have place this as my credo and with great result, respecting ingredients, seasonality, be humble and respectful towards the people I am cooking for and looking after to.
